1. Proper Eat ! : Get the right nutrition is the best part of ensuring the body. It is the fuel to keep you going well. When you eat proper healthy food, so, it has maintain and balance your bodies ph level. Some people have bad habit to eat everyday fast food. The main important thing is that you have to avoid fast food, like pizza, burger like that. Don't eat oily food. Get best green vegetables.
2. Routine Exercise ! : Our human body is the machine, so it require more moves. To improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone then keep exercise daily. Exercise is the most important part of your body. Exercise can reduce most dangerous diseases. like heart attack, kidney stone, cancer. To avoid this type of disease then you have to do exercise daily routine in your life.
3. Perfect time to sleep ! : Some people asking me about sleeping. How much time i need to take sleep at night. So, my friend the answer is there is no matter what quantity you sleep at night. Its matter what is the quality of your sleep. Let me explain. When you sleep like a baby so, your body will relax in 3 to 5 hour. but your sleeping is not in good quality i mean you wake up in night 3 to 4 times for any reason, So this type sleep if you get 9 to 10 hour. But its not like that baby sleeping comparison. The baby sleeping is very good perform to your body. So, the main thing is quality not quantity.
